Delegate Lewis moves to amend Com Sub for HB3304 on page 1, Section 3, line 11, following the period by inserting a new subdivision to read as follows:

“(5) No patriotic statue shall represent any individual who took any traitorous action or caused or participated in any insurrection against the United States.”
